Progress Assessment Tool

The Cradle to Career Progress Assessment Tool outlines the journey of a Cradle to Career Partnership, from starting with a concept to having the full Cradle to Career Civic Infrastructure in place. The evolution of a Cradle to Career Partnership will not look the same in every community and will inevitably not follow this outline perfectly. However, the stages described in the Cradle to Career Progress Assessment Tool do deconstruct this complex process into specific checkpoints found by experience to be important in developing Cradle to Career Civic Infrastructure.

The Progress Assessment Tool is also the basis for the Site Readiness Assessment. The questions in the Readiness Assessment follow the rows in the Progress Assessment exactly, capturing the initial data which will be updated annually to track Partnership progress in building the Cradle to Career Civic Infrastructure.
